Plans, prices and how to pay with bKash

· 12 min read

Short answer: Tanet Chat is free for 200 conversations a month, one page and 25 products. Starter is ৳599 a month, Growth ৳1,499 and Business ৳3,999; yearly is ten months' price. A ৳300 pack adds 1,000 conversations to any plan for one month. You pay by sending bKash to 8801747000787 from the pricing page and submitting the TrxID; a person checks it and switches your plan on.

Billing here is simple, and slightly manual. There is no card on file and no subscription that quietly charges you every month. You send bKash, you paste the transaction ID, a person checks it, your plan turns on.

What the free plan includes

The free plan is not a trial. It does not expire.

The selling itself is not locked on the free plan. Bangla and Banglish replies, bargaining inside the limits you set, FAQ answers, order capture and cash on delivery all work the same as on a paid plan. What a paid plan buys you today is headroom: a bigger conversation allowance, more connected pages, an uncapped catalogue.

200 conversations is a working shop, not a demo. A steady small shop runs 30 to 150 new customer threads a month, so free covers a normal month with room to spare. It breaks when you start boosting posts — which is the month it is worth paying for.

Those numbers changed on 26 July 2026. Free used to say 500 conversations and 50 products; it now says 200 and 25.

Yearly is exactly ten months' price on every tier. Starter yearly saves ৳1,198 against paying monthly, Growth saves ৳2,998, Business saves ৳7,998.

There is a fifth tier, Enterprise, with no published price — unlimited pages and conversations, arranged individually. That one starts with a note on the application form.

The step most people actually need is the first one. ৳599 is less than a day of page boosting, and it does nothing dramatic — it buys 1,000 conversations, a second page and your own logo on invoices. Growth is the step for a shop running a third page or clearing 1,000 conversations a month, which in practice means a shop that boosts regularly rather than occasionally.

Burst packs, for the month that spikes

Ad flights are spiky in a way monthly plans are not built for. One shop on Tanet did 1,464 conversations in June and 98 in July, and 88 percent of that June landed inside six days. A monthly cap therefore almost never bites in a quiet month and almost always bites mid-campaign — the exact week the bot is earning its keep.

So there are two add-ons, and they are available on every plan, free included:

At ৳0.30 a conversation the pack is deliberately cheap — the closest published local comparison charges ৳1.00. If you are 200 conversations short in a good month, buy the pack; do not change plan for one week of traffic.

Be aware that the self-serve payment flow currently handles plans, not add-ons. To buy a pack, message Tanet.

The First 10 Orders Promise — প্রথম ১০ অর্ডার

Connect your page, load 10 products, switch the bot on. If Tanet Chat has not captured 10 orders in your first 30 days, that month is free — and you keep every order it did capture.

The three conditions are not fine print, they are the three things that decide whether this works at all. The most common way Tanet Chat fails a shop is not a bad reply, it is being switched off — every live account so far has run with the bot disabled and its inbox unanswered. So the promise pays you to switch it on.

There is no claim button and no form. Message Tanet near the end of the 30 days and the month is credited by hand, the same way payments are approved.

Which rows in that table are actually switched on

That table is the published plan matrix. Some of it the software does not check yet, and one master switch sits above all of it — worth knowing before you pay for one specific line.

The master switch is off. Enforcement across the whole product ships disabled. Usage is measured either way and your dashboard numbers are real, but while it is off nothing is refused: not a cap, not a feature. When it is turned on, these rows start behaving as written.

Row by row, as of 26 July 2026:

So upgrade to buy room to grow, not to unlock a row. If one feature is the whole reason you are about to pay, ask first — three of the rows above are honest about not being ready, and that list will be shorter next month, not longer.

Growth is new. It was added on 26 July 2026. If the Upgrade button has not appeared on it in your account yet, message Tanet — the payment is the same bKash transfer either way, and the plan is set by hand at the same approval step.

What one "conversation" actually means

A conversation is one customer thread, counted once per calendar month — the first time the bot engages that thread, then never again until the month rolls over.

A buyer who sends you forty messages while deciding costs you one conversation, not forty.

About seven new customer threads a day uses up the free plan's 200 in a month. That is well before one person stops keeping up with the inbox, which is the honest reason to move to Starter: not that you ran out, but that you stopped answering.

How to pay: bKash to 8801747000787

You need an account before you can pay. Access is invite-only, so if you do not have one, start at the application form.

  1. Log in, then open the pricing page. The Upgrade button only appears on the paid tiers when you are logged in.
  2. Click Upgrade, then pick monthly or yearly. The box shows the exact amount and the platform bKash number, 8801747000787, with a copy button.
  3. Send that exact amount by bKash to that number. It is Tanet's own receiving number, not the one your customers pay you on.
  4. Paste your bKash TrxID into the box and submit. You can also submit first and add the TrxID afterwards; both work.

The amount is worked out on Tanet's side, not by your phone. Pay it exactly — the reviewer matches your TrxID against that figure.

You can only have one pending request at a time, and that cuts both ways. A double tap cannot cost you twice. But if you picked the wrong plan or cycle, opening Upgrade on another tier just hands back that first request at the first amount — and there is no cancel button. Message Tanet, have it rejected, then submit again.

The TrxID is the one field you can change afterwards, and only while the request is pending. Once it is reviewed, it locks.

After you submit: what actually happens

Nothing is automated. A person on the Tanet side opens the request, confirms the bKash transaction, and approves it. There is no timer anywhere in the system, so nobody can honestly promise you a number of hours.

What approval does is fixed:

So pay a few days before you need the bigger limit, not on the day you hit it. Renewing means sending the next payment and submitting a new request; nothing will charge you, and nothing will remind you except that date.

If a payment cannot be confirmed, the request is rejected with a note rather than left hanging.

What happens when you hit a limit

Today, nothing happens. Limit enforcement is a switch that ships off. Usage is metered either way, so the dashboard shows a real conversation count and a warning banner once you cross 80 percent — but nothing is blocked while the switch is off.

With enforcement on, the bot degrades rather than stops:

Conversations you have bought count as yours: a burst pack is added to your allowance before anything is refused. The plan card on the dashboard does not fold packs into the number it shows yet, so after buying one the percentage on screen reads higher than the one that actually applies to you. The figure to trust is the raw conversation count, not the percentage.

A customer is never met with silence, and never told your page is out of quota. The worst case is a new buyer getting a human-handoff line instead of an instant AI reply. Product and page limits behave differently: they stop you adding the 26th product or connecting a second page on free, with no effect on anything already live.

If your dashboard shows a plan you did not pay for

A trial grants at least Starter until its end date. A comp is a plan the Tanet team grants for a set period, and it can be higher than the one you pay for.

Both only ever raise your plan, never lower it — pay for Business, get granted a Starter trial, and you keep Business. When the trial or comp ends you drop back to whatever you were actually on, and the date on the plan card is the end of whichever is currently active.

Do this week

Open your dashboard and look at the conversations number on the plan card. That single figure tells you which plan you need — everything else on this page is detail.

Still unsure? The pricing page shows the same table with a monthly/yearly toggle — but what the agent actually does all day tells you more about whether it is worth paying for than any row in it.

Common questions

How much does Tanet Chat cost?

The free plan is ৳0 and covers 200 conversations a month, one connected page and 25 products. Starter is ৳599 a month or ৳5,990 a year. Growth is ৳1,499 a month or ৳14,990 a year. Business is ৳3,999 a month or ৳39,990 a year. Enterprise has no listed price — it is arranged case by case through the application form.

How do I pay for Tanet Chat?

bKash only, sent to the platform number 8801747000787, and only from inside your account. Open /pricing while logged in, click Upgrade, pick monthly or yearly, send the exact amount shown, then paste your bKash TrxID into the box. There is no card payment and no auto-renew.

What counts as one conversation?

One customer thread, counted once per calendar month, regardless of how many messages are in it. A buyer who sends forty messages while deciding uses one conversation. The same buyer coming back next month counts once again in that month.

What happens when I reach my monthly conversation limit?

Limit enforcement is off by default and only applies once the operator turns it on. With it on, threads already active that month keep the full AI reply. Only a brand-new conversation started after you pass 120 percent of your limit gets a short handoff message instead, and you get a Telegram alert so you can answer yourself.

What if one busy month goes over my limit?

Buy a burst pack instead of changing plan. ৳300 adds 1,000 conversations for that month only, on any plan including free, and an extra page is ৳200 a month. This exists because ad flights are spiky — one shop did 1,464 conversations in June and 98 in July — so the month you go over is usually the month you are earning most, not the month you have outgrown your plan.

How long does it take for my plan to activate after I pay?

There is no timer and nothing activates automatically. A person on the Tanet side checks the bKash transaction against your TrxID and approves it, and your paid period starts from that approval — not from when you sent the money. Send the payment before you need the higher limit, not on the day you hit it.

Is there a guarantee?

Yes — the First 10 Orders Promise. Connect your page, load 10 products and switch the bot on. If Tanet Chat has not captured 10 orders in your first 30 days, that month is free, and you keep every order it did capture. There is no claim button; message Tanet and the month is credited by hand.
